We accept returns, within 14 days from receipt of your order, on full priced merchandise for exchange or in-store credit only. All sale items and items discounted by more than 20% are considered a Final Sale. Merchandise must be unworn, free of stains, perfumes, smoke and deodorant, and with tags attached. Shoes must be returned in their original box with all packing materials.
To request a return, log into your customer account and select “My Orders.” Select the order from which you are returning items by clicking “View,” and then selecting the “Return Item(s)” button on your screen. Complete the return request form including a Return Reason (i.e. Did Not Fit) and Return Action (store credit or exchange).
Return/exchange requests will be processed in 48 hours not including weekends and holidays. We reserve the right to refuse returns/exchanges if they do not follow the guidelines outlined above.
Once your return/exchange is approved, you may:
1. Ship your item(s) back to the address below. We recommend using a shipping service that provides a tracking number. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

If you’d like to exchange for another size or item, please fill out the corresponding box in your return form on your online account. We will do our best to be accommodating and fill your request!
